The Best Care, From the Best People

Everything we do is designed to support the patient experience and the professional growth of our team members. Each supported affiliate is unique, but they all share the same focus on developing strong patient relationships and educating our communities. As a Hygienist with an American Dental Partners affiliate, you will have an opportunity to make a direct impact in your community while providing patients with preventative education and treatment that brings out their best and brightest smiles. If you aspire to become a mentor, team leader, or practice manager, our groups have a strong history of promoting from within and providing leadership opportunities to qualified team members.

Community Focused Practices

American Dental Partners and our supported affiliates value Social Responsibility as one of our core values. As a Hygienist with one of our affiliates, you’ll have opportunities to give back to and educate the community around you. Annual events like the Mission of Mercy, Smiles Across America, and the Walk for Oral Cancer give you a chance to bring your talents to those who need it most. In the office, our groups go even above and beyond these national programs by contributing to local youth sports teams, hosting canned food drives, and doing their own free clinic events.

Committed to Quality

We take quality of care seriously. In doing so, we encourage our groups to obtain accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and give them the resources to achieve it. This accreditation means that AAAHC’s independent team of health care professionals has found that we meet their rigorous, nationally recognized standards for health care services in areas such as infection prevention and control, quality management and improvement, risk management and environmental safety. It requires our affiliates to hold themselves to the highest standards and undergo a re-accreditation process every three years to maintain their accreditation.
